Offer
We offer polyethylene films, which are an ideal packaging material, commonly used and valued for their properties, which include:
- low cost of production,
- transparency,
- resistance to changing climatic conditions and low temperatures,
- can be easily disposed off,
- barrier properties with respect to odors and water vapor,
- good heat sealability,
- long-term storage of food and protection against dirt,
- good protection against mechanical damage.
Our offer includes a range of high quality polyethylene films (LDPE, MDPE, HDPE) manufactured using modern technologies and individual formulas developed during long-term tests and trials. We offer packaging films, stretch films, as well as food and heat shrinkable films.
The tubing (sleeves), slit tubing (half-sleeves) and lay flat film can be produced in the following dimensions:
- thickness: from 10 μm to 200 μm,
- width: from 50 to 1,600 mm,
- roll weight: from 15 to 100 kg,
- with or without gussets.
Our films are always customized to customers’ individual requirements and usage conditions by using specialized agents:
- anti-slip and slip agents (which reduce or increase the coefficient of friction),
- UV stabilizers (protect against harmful effects of UV rays),
- anti-static agents (prevent buildup of static electricity),
- strengthening agents (increase the tensile strength or elasticity),
- anti-blocking agents (make it easier to open film bags, prevent film adhesion),
- anti-misting agents,
- other agents according to customer requirements.
Tubing, slit tubing and tapes
We offer products made from various density polyethylene film (LDPE, MDPE, HDPE).
It is possible to provide micro-perforation or hole perforation, with the type and number of holes specified by the customer. The maximum diameter of a single hole is 8 mm.
The film can be printed in black-and-white or color.
All product parameters (e.g. transparency, antistatic properties) are agreed with the customer and adapted to the customer’s equipment and operating conditions.
Sacks
We offer layflat sacks or sacks with side gussets.
The products are available in any color, size and thickness.
It is possible to provide micro-perforation or hole perforation, with the type and number of holes according to customer’s requirements. The maximum diameter of a single hole is 8 mm.
The film can be printed in black-and-white or color.
We offer closing systems and easy tear-off systems.
Such products are usually used for packaging food, accessories, clothes, building materials and chemicals, and for protection of goods during shipment.
The standard range includes bin liners, waste sacks, and carrier bags.
Layer pads and sheets
Products offered in sheets or rolls with tear-off perforation.
It is possible to provide micro-perforation or hole perforation, with the type and number of holes according to customer’s requirements. The maximum diameter of a single hole is 8 mm.
This range is used to protect materials stored on pallets.
Film covers
We offer top-sealed covers with side gussets.
The covers we manufacture are made of shrink or packaging film and can be either clear or dyed to any color.
We can produce film covers nearly in any size – the only thing we need are the exact dimensions of the pallet or the product to be protected.
Covers can be rolled up (on rolls) with perforation for easy tearing off.
This range is used to protect large-size products or materials stored on pallets against the elements.
Covers manufactured with an added UV agent can protect goods stored outdoors for a much longer period of time.
Stretch film
The stretch film we offer can be manually operated or machine operated.
The films can be black or transparent.
The basic parameters of the film on offer are as follows:
- roll weight: from 1.5 kg to 18 kg,
- width: 100/250/450/500 mm,
- thickness: from 12 to 35 μm,
- stretchability: 120-150 % or 150 - 250%.
Stretch films, due to their exceptional stretchability, strength and versatility, are widely used in logistics and warehouse management. They effectively protect products during transportation or storage.
Such films offer good protection against dust, moisture and all kinds of dirt. In order to protect the cargo against UV radiation, black films are used

Distribution
Quality
Our films are manufactured using blown film extrusion technology. This is a commonly used methods, as it enables the production of the films with different degrees of stretchability, transparency and elasticity.
In our plant we have modern production lines, producing films of various technical parameters, both single- and multi-layer ones. To ensure stable quality and repeatability of products, all production lines have gravimetric dosers, which precisely determine the amount of raw material or agents used in the process of blowing the film.
In the production process we use only the best raw materials, supplied by experienced and reputable producers. We use both masterbatch and regranulate.
The film packaging we produce is certified by the Polish National Institute of Hygiene (PZH) for contact with food.
Logistics
As a producer of film we provide its distribution and supply throughout Poland.
We deliver products using own trucks or use a forwarder with whom we have signed a long-term forwarding contract. For several years we have been working with the market leader – Raben company.
We are highly flexible and offer very short lead time for the products we produce. In the case of long-term contracts, we deliver the products to a customer’s warehouse even within 72 hours from the time of placing the order.
We can produce and deliver products in very short series and non-standard dimensions. There is no minimum order or production volume.
For regular customers we can build up and maintain a fixed buffer stock, the size of which is always subject to individual agreements.
Our products can be packed loose or rolled.
